2022 has been a year of growth for Patriot Engineering, as two new business development experts were welcomed to the Patriot team this January. As Patriot continues to grow, we are eager to build relationships with new clients and continue to expand on the relationships we have nurtured through the years. Our passion lies within partnering with our clients to further develop the infrastructure of the communities that we serve.

Fred Nichols is one of Patriot’s newest Business Development Managers, and focuses business development efforts in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. He brings over 35 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry focusing on business/client development, remediation, investigation, construction, and compliance services. Fred encompasses a client focused mentality, taking the time to understand their needs and working hard to ensure that their goals are met.

“It is with great pleasure that I welcome Fred Nichols to the Patriot team. Fred’s environmental consulting skills and experience will be a significant asset to Patriot as he expands our environmental business development efforts throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky,” says Douglas B. Zabonick, P.E., President of Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc.

Patriot is also thrilled to welcome Janelle Williams, Business Development Manager, who oversees business development efforts in Louisville, KY and the Southern Indiana region. Janelle brings over 20 years of business development experience in the Construction and Building industry. Her experience encompasses legislative efforts, community relationships, and working with companies to leverage business strengths to build partnerships.

“We are thrilled to have Janelle join the Patriot team. Janelle brings a breadth of experience to Patriot, and I have no doubt that she will make a significant impact on our business development efforts in Louisville and surrounding counties. Patriot is growing, and I look forward to seeing what’s next as we continue to expand our marketing and business development efforts,” says Douglas B. Zabonick, P.E., President of Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc.

Patriot looks forward to a vigorous year of new projects and connections.  We are starting the year out strong and will continue to build on the successes we have already experienced in 2022. If you would like to speak with our Business Development team, please contact us today.
