The hotel features approximately 90,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, including a 50,000-square-foot ballroom, making it a premier destination for business, leisure, and group travelers.

Patriot was honored to contribute to this transformative project by providing construction materials testing services. The project included the largest concrete pour in Indianapolis, with 7,343 cubic yards (approximately 1.5 million gallons) of concrete placed in a single pour. Patriot’s team provided testing and inspection services throughout this and other critical phases of construction, helping ensure materials met the highest standards for quality and safety. From massive concrete pours to detailed soil testing and structural steel weld inspections, our work supported the project’s structural integrity and long-term durability.
