Lafayette Police Department

This project encompasses one city block and includes a four-story, 65,000-square-foot complex with an attached three-story post-tension parking garage. The complex is home to the growing Lafayette police department, integrates new technology to enhance police operations, and more space, including a community room for versatile use.

Construction materials testing by Patriot revealed low compressive strength concrete breaks. To address this, additional trial batch testing and concrete pouring were conducted, resulting in cost and time savings.
