Terre Haute, Indiana

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology recently expanded its student housing with a new $30 million, four-story residence hall designed to accommodate approximately 160 first-year students. Located near Speed Residence Hall, the project broke ground in September 2023 and opened to students in Fall 2025.

Patriot provided construction materials testing and special inspection services to support this state-of-the-art campus addition. Our team performed field density testing, proofrolling observations, subgrade evaluations for foundations and flatwork, concrete testing, and inspections for reinforcing steel and post-tensioned elements.

Patriot’s quality assurance services are helping ensure the new residence hall provides a safe, durable, and comfortable environment for generations of future students.
