ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES CONSULTING

Since 1995, Patriot's Environmental Group has been assisting commercial and industrial clients with their environmental, industrial hygiene, health and safety, and ecological concerns. Most companies have made it a priority to maintain an environmentally sound, safe and healthy work environment, but often lack the expertise or resources to successfully navigate the highly technical and ever-changing myriad of environmental, health and safety regulations and policies. Patriot's philosophy is to assist our clients in maintaining regulatory compliance as well as a safe and healthy workplace by being proactive in assessing potential areas of concern before they become problems. Patriot's approach is to assist clients with pre-acquisition due diligence assessments; environmental, health and safety regulatory compliance audits; on-site compliance assistance; and environmental permitting. When potential environmental, health or safety problems are discovered, Patriot personnel have the experience and expertise to address the concerns in a cost and time effective manner, and to assist with regulatory agency interaction to resolve any issues.

Despite the best efforts of our clients, many environmental and health problems are not discovered until after various environmental media have been impacted or exposures have occurred. In these cases, Patriot's environmental professionals have the experience and technical knowledge to assess the situation and develop options for addressing the problems. Patriot's philosophy is to assess the problem without excessive studies or investigations so that the client's available resources can be used to actually mitigate, rather than simply investigate, the problem. In most instances, a variety of investigative and remedial options are available to assess various problems. Patriot prepares multiple investigative and remediation strategies to discuss with the client, and develops a solution that best fits the clients unique situation.
