MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN HOTEL - Indianapolis, Indiana
Construction began for this project in June of 1999 and was completed in March of 2001. The project consisted of a 19-story cast in place post-tensioned concrete framed hotel and a 200 car below grade parking garage. The project featured high strength concrete mixes that were designed for 5000 psi, 6000 psi and 8000 psi compressive strengths. Patriot provided all the soils, reinforcing steel, post-tension steel, and concrete testing for this project.
